Viking Cove
Secluded and luxurious, Viking Cove is the perfect location for any special occasion. Located on a twelve acre private peninsula just south of Haines, the surroundings offer a spectacular backdrop for any special event. Three newly remodeled buildings are nestled in the woods along the passage. The guest rooms accommodate up to twenty guests. Choose from a studio apartment to a variety of comfortable guest rooms. Viking Cove is located eight miles from downtown Haines with access to the sheltered beach and vistas in every direction.
BEAR is a lovely, bright upstairs room is surrounded by lush forest, a view to the cove and the grounds. It has a luxury queen bed and twin bunk beds plus a private bath with walk in shower.
CHINOOK is a favorite here at Viking Cove. With a big private deck for gathering, steps to our Stonehenge of Fire Pits and outdoor picnic area, this two bedroom ground floor apartment has a gorgeous view of the woods, cove and mountains for guests to relax and enjoy. It has a kitchenette, dining area and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Luxury beds and bedding with a king bed in one bedroom, two queens in the other bedroom.
CROW is a sweet unique room with a covered patio, steps away from the cove, surrounded by forest and adventure in all directions. Crow has an adjoined shared bathroom with sauna, large walk in showers and radiant heated floors. On the ground floor, this room is perfect for a family with a full bed on the main floor and two xl twins in the loft. It is also a great additional rental for larger families who may be renting CHINOOK and/or RAVEN.
MOOSE is a ground floor room with two luxury queen beds with top of the line bedding plus a private bath with a walk in shower. Surrounded by woods, steps to the cove and community spaces.
RAVEN is a spacious luxury second floor studio apartment with newly remodeled full kitchen, bathroom with deep tub and shower. Gorgeous view of the cove and woods. Two luxury queen beds and everything you need to make your stay wonderful.
