Rates:

Summer: 149/night (May 1-Sept 1)

Winter: 125/night (Sept 1-May 1)

children 13 & under free

children 14-17: $10/night

2 night minimum

Plus 9.5% tax

Policies:

• 2 night minimum stay

• 50% deposit required at the time of the reservation.

• Your choice: Damage Protection insurance or $250 refundable damage deposit

• No refunds if canceled 30 days or less in advance.

• Balance due 30 days in advance

• No Pets 

  PLEASE NOTE: Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property of The Cottage.  Bringing a pet that stays anywhere on The Cottage property (even in a vehicle) will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit.  The owner reserves the right to charge for any additional fee necessary for clean up or damage as a result from pets or guests on The Cottage property.

• NO discounts during Beer Fest

• Maximum 2 guests during Beer Fest

• $500 security deposit during Beer Fest
