Ripinski Retreat

Nestled in a quiet residential area with beautiful mountain views, Ripinski Retreat/Summit offers two or four bedrooms and is perfect for a family or friends traveling together.

 

This lovely home is conveniently located one half mile from downtown Haines. Start your morning with a cup of coffee watching the sun light up the mountains. After a busy day of exploring, the covered deck is perfect to unwind and watch the sunset.

 

The main floor of the house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins/ or a king in the second bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, living room and comfortable dining area are also located on this floor.

A car is recommended.

 

Wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer, outdoor grill

 

Dogs allowed with a $50 pet fee.

Winter Rates Oct 1-Apr 30:

149/night two night minimum

175 for a single night

 

Summer Rates May 1-Sept 30:

189/night two night minimum

219 for a single night

Plus 9.5% tax

 

10% discount for 7-13 nights

25% discount 14 or more nights

  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking

  • Balance due 14 days in advance

  • Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days in advance

  • 50% refund if cancelled 14-7 days in advance

  • Non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days in advance

  • Your choice: Damage Protection Insurance or $250 refundable security deposit
