The 3200 sq ft home decorated with antiques throughout has a well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and essentials you will need for meals, an inviting living room with a 42-inch flat-screen TV plus a separate dining area, and a private back courtyard with BBQ grill and private parking for up to 4 cars, .



Rest in ease! On the second floor, discover three elegantly appointed bedrooms and a historic exquisite bath with the original clawfoot tub.  Revel in the master bedroom opulence of an ocean view with a queen bed and an antique organ. A second bedroom beckons with another queen bed, while a third haven awaits, featuring a double bed.

There is a lovely office located next to the master bedroom with a spacious desk.

 

Additional comfort is found in a full bath on the main level, complete with a tub/shower combo and a vanity sink.
